Osteoartritis de la rodilla secundaria a lesión de ligamento cruzado anterior y su prevención con técnica de reconstrucción temprana

RESUMEN
Las lesiones del ligamento cruzado anterior (LCA) de la rodilla son frecuentes y producen inconvenientes para la vida diaria de jóvenes y deportistas, y son un factor de riesgo para lesiones de meniscos y cartílago articular, por lo que en el mediano o largo plazo se puede desarrollar osteoartritis (OA). En esta revisión se observará la evidencia que fundamenta la reconstrucción temprana del LCA, las consecuencias del tiempo y la inestabilidad en la aparición de lesiones y nuestro método quirúrgico para reconstruir el LCA.
