Manejo y prevención de la anafilaxia

RESUMEN
La anafilaxia es la más grave de las enfermedades alérgicas, su retraso en el manejo incrementa de forma importante la morbimortalidad. Por lo que la detección oportuna y manejo se vuelve prioritario. Dentro de los agentes asociados a anafilaxia encontramos alimentos, medicamentos, látex y picadura por himenópteros. La anafilaxia puede afectar cualquier órgano o sistema, dando lugar a manifestaciones clínicas tan amplias que pueden dificultar el diagnóstico. El manejo inicial debe estar basado en el triángulo de valoración pediátrica (ABCD) y la aplicación oportuna de adrenalina intramuscular.
