La predisposición al afecto positivo y su relación con el bienestar: un estudio ex post facto prospectivo en población española

RESUMEN
Las acciones que facilitan el afecto positivo engloban aquellas
formas de pensar, comportamientos y actividades que
permiten mantener un elevado nivel de dicho afecto en
la vida diaria. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo
ofrecer datos sobre el funcionamiento psicométrico de la escala
SANA, con el ánimo de entender el funcionamiento de
las emociones positivas y la predisposición al afecto positivo.
La muestra está compuesta por 383 residentes en España. Se
analiza la relación entre las puntuaciones de la escala SANA
con indicadores de bienestar y personalidad. Los resultados
demuestran lo siguiente: La escala tiene una consistencia
interna en torno a .86. La factorización del cuestionario
arroja una estructura unidimensional (diferente a la estructura
del cuestionario en su versión original) que permite explicar
un 46% de varianza total permitiendo eliminar un ítem
por baja carga factorial. Existe relación entre las puntuaciones
de la escala, la satisfacción vital, el bienestar, algunos
rasgos de personalidad, y el afecto positivo. Los resultados se
discuten organizados de acuerdo a esto y se exponen las limitaciones
e implicaciones del presente estudio.
