CAdT-30: Estructura factorial y primera aproximación al estudio de su fiabilidad de la escala sobre conducta de abandono del trabajo

RESUMEN
El presente artículo estudia las propiedades psicométricas
de una escala (CAdT-30) creada con el objetivo de detectar
la disminución del esfuerzo, los retrasos y las ausencias en el
trabajo. Con este propósito se administró un conjunto inicial
de 74 ítems relacionados con las conductas de abandono
del trabajo a 356 trabajadores pertenecientes a distintas empresas,
incluyendo tanto a trabajadores cualificados como
a no cualificados. El análisis factorial exploratorio de dichos
ítems mostró una estructura constituida por cuatro factores:
el enmascaramiento de situaciones personales, el disfrute
de permisos y licencias legales, la dilación en el tiempo, y
los distractores y el uso de recursos de la organización. Con
el objetivo de obtener una escala de menor longitud, se seleccionaron
los 30 ítems con saturaciones más elevadas en
los factores mencionados. Las cuatro escalas así obtenidas
mostraron unas fiabilidades apropiadas. A partir de estos resultados,
la presente escala puede convertirse en un instrumento
de gran utilidad para evaluar de manera apropiada
las conductas de abandono del trabajo.
