Púrpura de Henoch-Schönlein hemorrágico-ampollosa: a propósito de un caso

RESUMEN
La púrpura de Henoch-Schönlein es una vasculitis de pequeños vasos, que resulta de inflamación mediada por inmunoglobulina A. A diferencia de lo que sucede en los adultos, la variedad hemorrágico-ampollosa se presenta raramente en la infancia. La presencia de lesiones cutáneas polimórficas, el tiempo variable de presentación y las erupciones atípicas representan un desafío dermatológico para el pediatra. A pesar de la extensión y gravedad de las ampollas, este tipo de lesiones no confiere un pronóstico especial a los pacientes. Se presenta el caso de una niña con púrpura de Henoch-Schönlein hemorrágico-ampollosa.
