Evaluación de la recolección domiciliaria realizada por un banco de leche humana de un hospital universitario de Brasil

RESUMEN
Objetivo. Evaluar los procedimientos de la extracción domiciliaria
y el transporte de la leche humana asociados con
su control de calidad.
Material y métodos. Participaron
48 donadoras fichadas en el Banco de Leche Humana del
Hospital de Clínicas de la Universidad Federal de Uberlândia.
Se realizaron observaciones durante visitas domiciliarias
según la lista de cotejo elaborada teniendo en cuenta las
normas técnicas, las cuales se asocian con los controles físicoquímicos
y microbiológicos. Se utilizaron para el análisis de
datos, el test ji cuadrada, la regresión logística y el test de
Sperman (
p‹0,05).
Resultados. Los resultados sugieren que
la mayoría de las donadoras asimilaron las orientaciones del
equipo del banco de leche y realizaron los procedimientos de
manera satisfactoria.
Conclusión. Se puede demostrar que
la extracción y la recolección domiciliaria es una forma segura
y eficaz para la obtención de leche humana en donación.
