Pregunta 1A: ¿Cuándo debe ser considerado el lavado y desbridamiento (L+D)?
Consenso: El lavado y desbridamiento (L+D) se puede efectuar en infecciones postoperatorias tempranas que ocurran dentro de los tres meses posteriores a una artroplastía primaria con menos de tres semanas de síntomas.
Voto de los delegados: de acuerdo, 84%; en desacuerdo, 13%; abstenciones, 3%. (Consenso fuerte.)
