Pregunta 1: ¿Hay diferencias funcionales con el uso de espaciadores no-articulados o articulados para el tratamiento en dos tiempos del recambio protésico en las rodillas con infección periprotésica (IAP)?
Consenso: Los espaciadores articulados proporcionan una mejor función que los no articulados cuando se usan para el tratamiento en dos tiempos de una artroplastía total de rodilla (ATR) infectada. Se prefieren los espaciadores articulados en especial para los pacientes que tienen probabilidades de tener el espaciador por más de tres meses.
