RESUMEN
Los trastornos de alimentación se han incrementado notablemente desde la década de los 70’ y cada día son más frecuentes sobre todo entre adolescentes del sexo femenino. En el presente artículo hacemos una revisión de las principales entidades como son anorexia nervosa, la bulimia nervosa y los comedores compulsivos. De cada una de ellas se revisa su epidemiología, patogenia y cuadro clínico.
