RESUMEN
La interacción molecular de Mycobacterium tuberculosis con el macrófago es importante para el destino que tendrá la bacteria en su célula huésped. Existen diversas moléculas de la superficie de la bacteria que son ligandos de múltiples receptores en el macrófago, por lo que en este artículo se hace una revisión de los principales mecanismos moleculares estudiados hasta el momento.
