RESUMEN
La exposición a ácido valproico durante el embarazo se ha asociado con la presencia de defectos faciales menores y varios defectos mayores como defecto en el cierre del tubo neural, alteraciones cardiacas, urogenitales, musculares y esqueléticas.
En el presente estudio se informan dos recién nacidos expuestos a valproato durante el embarazo con la presencia de polidactilia preaxial en manos.
