Trastornos de ansiedad en la etapa perinatal

RESUMEN
La experiencia perinatal suele ser dificil para todos los involucrados, especialmente para la madre quien ve transformada su situación física, emocional, social y psicológica. En el caso del aspecto psicológico, es posible que la madre desarrolle trastornos de diversa índole como son de pánico, obsesivo compulsivos (TOC), de ansiedad generalizada o por estrés postraumático, cuyos síntomas y tratamiento deriven en una serie de problemáticas tanto para la madre como para el bebé. Es necesario saber diagnosticar cada uno de estos trastornos y, sobre todo, aplicar un tratamiento eficaz y oportuno para el bienestar de ambos.
