Sepsis de etiología mixta con aislamiento de Shewanella putrefaciens. Reporte de un caso

RESUMEN
Se reporta el caso de un lactante mayor que desarrolla septicemia mixta (Shewanella putrefaciens and Citrobacter freundii) durante el postoperatorio de una cirugía de corazón, que responde favorablemente al tratamiento con antibióticos; este niño parece ser el primer caso reportado en este país.
