Alteraciones cognoscitivas en pacientes con trastorno bipolar eutímicos

RESUMEN
La enfermedad llamada por Kraepelin enfermedad maniaco depresiva representa el concepto actual de trastorno bipolar que en su etapa aguda tiene disfunciones ejecutivas, déficit de memoria, atención percepción visuespacial y velocidad psicomotora estas pueden volverse crónicas. En el trabajo se describen alteraciones neuropsicológicas entre pacientes y un grupo central. Se eligieron pacientes de ambos sexos de 26 a 62 años de edad. Se practico análisis estadístico. Se demostraron alteraciones cognoscitivas en sujetos bipolares en fases de eutimia y el estudio demostró que la enfermedad tiene efectos en el estado cognoscitivo.
