Adenoma del epitelio no pigmentado del cuerpo ciliar. Presentación de un caso

RESUMEN

Se trata de paciente masculino de 34 años de edad quien acude al servicio de ecografía con diagnóstico de catarata total para valoración de polo posterior y medición de eje A/P para cálculo de LIO. Como hallazgo ecográfico se encuentra lesión ocupativa en cuerpo ciliar compatible con adenoma. Se decide realizar biopsia por aspiración con aguja fina siendo no concluyente y, por este motivo, se realiza biopsia incisional bajo anestesia local, obteniéndose un bloque de tejido suficiente que es enviado al servicio de Patología de nuestro hospital reportando, como diagnóstico histopatológico definitivo, adenoma del epitelio no pigmentado del cuerpo ciliar.
