RESUMEN
Celulite eosinofílica ou síndrome de Wells é uma dermatose reacional. As lesões cutâneas são variáveis e podem ser confundidas com picada de inseto, urticária, celulite infecciosa e dermatite de contato. Microscopicamente há denso infiltrado eosinofílico granulomatoso e com a característica figura flamejante podendo se tornar aparente. O tratamento com corticosteróides geralmente é efetivo, mas freqüentemente existem relapsos da afecção que podem ocorrer durante anos.
