Estado epiléptico no convulsivo

RESUMEN
El estado epileptico convulsivo generalizado fue identificado por Gowers y el no convulsivo fue descubierto por Lennox en 1945. En el presente estudio se define al estado epileptico no convulsivo como casos epilepticos no convulivos con duración no mayor a 5 minutos. Sus acusas pueden ser parcial o generalizado y sus complicaciones son variadas. Se estudiaraon 35 expedientes aunque se encontro alteración del lenguaje confunsión y desconexión del medio y una mortalidad del 5.7%
