Alteraciones electrocardiográficas en hemorragia subaracnoidea por ruptura de aneurisma. Reporte de un caso y revisión de la literatura

RESUMEN
La incidencia de cambios electrocardiográficos en la HSA por ruptura de aneurisma es de 50 a 100%. En diferentes estudios se han descrito por orden de frecuencia: Ondas T acuminadas, planas o invertidas, ondas T invertidas asociadas a QT prolongado, supra o infradesniveles del segmento ST, ondas U prominentes, alargamiento del PR, ondas P acuminadas, ondas Q patológicas y elevación del punto J. Otras alteraciones cardíacas descritas son elevación de enzimas cardíacas y modificaciones en el patrón contráctil ventricular. Se reporta un caso y se revisa la literatura.
