Ciclos circadianos en una tarea de timeplace learning

RESUMEN
El Time-Place Learning ha sido definido como la habilidad para
ajustarse a la variabilidad espacial y temporal de eventos
relevantes. Existe evidencia de diversas especies que se han
ajustado a la tarea, como por ejemplo ratas, palomas, hormigas,
abejas, entre otros. El objetivo del presente estudio fue identificar el
porcentaje de respuestas correctas, opuestas e incorrectas en una
tarea de TPL diario con estudiantes universitarios. En los resultados
se pudo observar que los participantes respondieron más a la
opción correcta de las sesiones de la mañana sin importar el horario
de la sesión, es decir, sin importar si era la sesión de la mañana o
de la tarde. Para poder acercarnos más a la respuesta de si los
humanos se ajustan a una tarea de TPL diario, se debe realizar más
sesiones de entrenamiento, aumentar el intervalo entre sesiones y
realizar pruebas para evaluar su ajuste.
