ABSTRACT
Background: Epidermoid inclusion cysts are lesions normally considered dermal,
of a benign type, that can be found in any part of the body, such as: head (mostly periauricular),
neck, trunk and genital region.
Clinical cases: Three clinical cases with age ranges of one to 12 years with epidermoid
inclusion cysts are reported.
Conclusions: The clinical picture of the epidermoid inclusion cyst is usually fortuitous
on exploration or in the face of an infectious-inflammatory process.
