ABSTRACT
Straight endocarditis is exceptional in patients no addicted to drugs and without cardiopathy predisponente previous. In medical literature, they are not much of the described cases and his diagnosis, at times, supposes a clinical important challenge. We presented the case of a patient of 36 years, without antecedent of venopuntion neither I use of catheters intravasculares, diagnosed in our center of endocarditis of the tricuspid valve, than morphologically normal era, whose clinic started off like feverish intense syndrome, purple barelegged petequial and oligoartritis. This entity, that generally a good prognosis with good answer implicates medical treatment, shows certain characteristic common clinics ( persistent fever, pulmonary injuries, anemia and microhematuria ) that can help to suspect the diagnosis, than, nevertheless, it is based on microbiological studies ( Staphylococcus the more frequent germ is aureus ) and the echocardiogram.REFERENCES
