The Course of Medical Education in the career education of the specialists in General Integral Medicine

ABSTRACT
Objective: to assess the importance of the Diploma of Medical Education of the teaching improvement in the specialist in Comprehensive General Medicine.Method: a qualitative investigation was carried out in the Diploma of Medical Education. Theoretical and empirical methods of the current state of teacher improvement and design feasibility were used.
Results: the attributes were evaluated among the categories of very adequate and adequate by the teaching teachers in Medical Education. With respect to the objectives (83.3%), modules (76.6%) and output profile (83.3%) were evaluated in the category of very adequate, time/time and contents were inadequately evaluated for each course and the designed module (66.6%) and (53.3%) respectively.
Conclusions: the Diploma of Medical Education constitutes a way for the professional and professional improvement of teachers, demonstrates that its design is appropriate in the objectives, its modules and its output profile. The time/time and contents for each course and module designed were inadequate.
