ABSTRACT
Introduction: nursing practice involves making decisions permanently in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team, to achieve this, it is necessary to standardize the language and nursing care, using the Nursing Care Process as a methodology. Objective: carry out an analysis of the management of nursing care for patients with orthopedic and orthopedic conditions. Development: the management of care must allow the provision of planned care through available resources, establish objectives, goals and strategies, also implying that it is a creative process, and mobilizes human resources and those of the environment with the intention of maintaining and favoring the care of person. Care contributes to the satisfaction of the needs of patients, with optimal solutions, in correspondence with the professional commitment that Nursing professionals have formally assumed before society of caring for the most vulnerable people. This led to the definition of nursing care management in patients with orthopedic and orthopedic conditions. Conclusions: the systematization carried out on Nursing Care Management allowed to establish an approach in the theoretical references that sustain the subject, focused on Nursing professionals to patients with traumatological and orthopedic conditions.
