ABSTRACT
This paper presents and evaluates the results of the treatment
with the product ha 1.5 containing high molecular weight hyaluronic
acid and an enzymatic cocktail of recombinant enzymes
collagenase pb220, Lipase pb500 and Lyase pb72k. The study
conducted by 10 independent dermatologists on 42 patients
who reported 44 scarring fibrosis was analyzed by an assessment
following the Vancouver scale and the assessment of
the posas (Patient and Observer Scar Assesment Scale) scale
patient’s perception. The results obtained reveal an excellent
response in all the evaluated parameters from the first application
in most of the treated patients. The safety results of the
treatment showed very good tolerance with mild side effects.
