Evaluación de ácido hialurónico y coctel enzimático en cicatrices. Estudio multicéntrico

RESUMEN
En este artículo se presentan y evalúan los resultados del tratamiento
del producto ha 1.5 que contiene ácido hialurónico de
alto peso molecular y un coctel de enzimas recombinantes colagenasa
pb220, Lipasa pb500 y Liasa pb72k. El estudio realizado
por 10 dermatólogos independientes a 42 pacientes que reportaron
44 fibrosis cicatriciales se analizó mediante una valoración
facultativa, siguiendo la escala de Vancouver y la valoración de
la percepción del paciente mediante la escala posas (Patient and
Observer Scar Assesment Scale). Los resultados obtenidos revelan
una excelente respuesta en todos los parámetros medidos
desde la primera aplicación en la mayor parte de los pacientes
tratados. Los resultados de seguridad del tratamiento muestran
muy buen comportamiento con efectos adversos leves.
