Buschke-Löwenstein tumor: apropos of a child case

ABSTRACT
Giant condyloma acuminata, originally described by Buschke, it’s a sexually transmitted viral epithelial tumor, of locally very aggressive behavior and rarely become malignant. In children it has been little referred; surgical management is the therapeutic option of choice in order to reduce recurrence potential.
