ABSTRACT
A 13-year-old male enters the emergency department because of an anal lesion. He said that he was trying to feed his dog, he jumped on the patient and throws him on a stick with anal bleeding. After sensitizing him about the consequences of sexual abuse and the importance of expressing the truth of the facts, the patient verbally expressed that it was not a person who abused him, he said that out of some sexual curiosity he played with the dog, allowing the penetration of the canine penis in his anus, causing pleasure at first until he felt the need to remove it as it was generating pain; while forcing the exit of the penis the anal injury occurred.
