ABSTRACT
Objective: to describe the results obtained with the use of multimodal analgesiafor cause postoperative analgesia in patients
laparoscopic hysterectomy.
Method: is made a research descriptive, comments and propective of a serie of cases in the period of 2015 to july of 2016 in
the Center National of Surgery Minimun Access. The sample was of 54 patients laparoscopic hysterectomy. After the induction
of the anesthesic tothe patients is them I manage diclofenac sodium, ketamine and magnesium sulphate. I studied the control
of sharp postoperative pain, the need ransom analgesia and complications associated to the use of the multimodal analgesia.
Exploring the intensity of postoperative pain through scale visual analog to the during 4h after of procedure.
Results: no patient presented pain sharp postoperative severe inthe frist 4 hourse of recovery. Not is recorded complications
and the ransom analgesia alone was necessary 1,9%.
Conclusions: multimodal analgesia produces a control adequate of sharp postoperative pain and decreases the need of ransom
analgesia.
