ABSTRACT
Assisted suicide and euthanasia are related to life and death; as such, they have medical, physiological, psychological, social and cultural implications. In some countries, assisted suicide and euthanasia are legal under some circumstances but in Mexico it is not the case. Criminal policies should be based on two different human rights: Freedom and Life.
