ABSTRACT
We report the case of a 62-year-old patient with a palpable axillary node, secondary to
occult carcinoma of the breast. The diagnosis was reached after multiple imaging studies
and histopathological confirmation. Due to their low incidence, we decided to file the case,
as well as review of the literature.
