This is a 68-year-old female patient who went to the outpatient service of Trauma and Orthopaedics Department, referring a 6-month clinical course with the presence of a tumor and occasional pain on the left foot. She was admitted at the Hospital General de Ciudad Juárez, in charge of the aforementioned department, scheduled for resection of a presumable synovial cyst on the left foot. The surgical specimen was sent to pathology and an aneurysm with fragments of arterial wall with ectasia and grade IIa atherosclerosis were reported.
