ABSTRACT
Tuberculosis (TB) is a global public health problem. During 2016, 10.4 million new cases were presented worldwide, of which 1% corresponds to children under 18 years old. Lymph node tuberculosis is a common cause of extrapulmonary tuberculosis; however, in countries with low or medium incidence, it requires a high diagnostic suspicion. To our knowledge, the presentation of lymph node tuberculosis simulating an odontogenic abscess has not been reported in the literature.
