ABSTRACT
Tricuspid valve injuries secondary to blunt cardiac trauma are very rare, the diagnosis is done most of the time weeks after the accident, characterized by lowering of functional class, this is the introduction of one case with tricuspid valve trauma with late presentation, operate and with good evolution.
