ABSTRACT

The present casuistical analysis seeks to demonstrate that the option of the spermatic donation (bank of semen), in comparison with the application of spermatic samples of bad quality (not frozen) for intra-uterine insemination, is a reliable alternative and that, in accordance with the obtained results, they offer clear differences. In the analysis here presented, the index of pregnancy rate practically was doubled between both procedures, in favor of the application of donation samples.
