ABSTRACT
Inside the clinical entities of strange presentation we found the volvulus of the biliary vesicle. This is a very not very frequent entity in which a turn of the biliary vesicle takes place throughout its axis with affectation of the vascular irrigation in a complete or incomplete way. In this article an 89 year-old patient shows up that was hospitalized for surgical treatment to present pain colic type in right hypochondrium that doesn't improve with the medical treatment; during the surgical act vesicular torsion was detected. This illness is more frequent in old people of the female sex. Their diagnostic is very difficult and it is generally carried out at once operative, the treatment is always surgical. For the diagnostic difficulties that it presents this illness it is important to know it to avoid the derived complications of a medical late performance.
