ABSTRACT
Drug rash with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms (dress) is
a rare condition caused by multiple drugs. Its characterized
by skin and systemic compromise and potentially lethal. We
report a 16-year-old female who developed DRESS after the
administration of lamotrigine. This particular case presented
pulmonary involvement and accurate response to systemic
corticosteroids.
