ABSTRACT
In recent years, the use of platelet-rich plasma has increased notably in a range of disciplines like Ortohopedia, Dentistry Wound Healing and Dermatology. Several controversies exist about its indications, the factors that modify its effectiveness and its safety. The objective of this review is to answer in a simple way all of these questions in dermatological practice perspective.
