ABSTRACT
Germ cell tumors are neoplasms of primitive cells, there is a case of a 36-year-old male patient with human immunodeficiency virus infection, a treated seminoma presenting new tumor in right iliopsoas muscle,
Mycobacterium tuberculosis were isolated, severe hypercalcemia with clinical neurological repercussion and, by biopsy and histochemical studies, metastasis of germinal tumor in psoas muscle. In this patient with its immunosuppression condition, the seminoma generated metastasis of germ cell tumors and the tubercolous infection, represented an important diagnostic challenge.
