Fetus papyraceus: a twin pregnancy complication

ABSTRACT
The term fetus papyraceus is used to describe a mummified fetus associated with a viable twin or multiple gestations. We present the case of a twin gestation presenting a fetus papyraceus. The second twin was obtained without any structural complications and no repercussion to the mother was documented.
