ABSTRACT
Pilomatrixoma is a benign tumor that derives from the cells of the hair follicle. It mainly affects the head, neck and upper limbs of female patients in the first and second decades of life. Among its numerous clinical variants is the bullous one, with a very low frequency of presentation. We report three clinical cases of young women with a diagnosis of bullous pilomatrixoma, with typical clinicalal presentation and histopathology.
