Pustulosis exantemática generalizada aguda secundaria a haloperidol

RESUMEN
La pustulosis exantemática generalizada aguda (PEGA) es una reacción adversa cutánea severa, asociada principalmente a fármacos y caracterizada por el desarrollo rápido de pústulas estériles no foliculares sobre una base eritematosa. Reportamos un caso de PEGA en una mujer de 41 años, asociado a la administración de haloperidol y con distribución atípica de las lesiones.
