ABSTRACT
Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP) is a severe cutaneous adverse reaction, mainly associated with drugs and characterized by the rapid development of non-follicular sterile pustules on an erythematous basis. We report a case of AGEP in a 41 year old woman, associated with the administration of haloperidol and atypical distribution of the lesions.
