Level of correspondence between the professional training and performance in the social service of the students of the Degree in Nursing of a Public University in Tabasco

ABSTRACT
Introduction: To identify the Level of correspondence between the professional training and performance in the social service of the students of the Degree in Nursing of a Public University. Methods: Cross-sectional, observational and descriptive study. Non-probabilistic sample of 50 trainee of social service of the Nursing Degree of the DACS, by sampling for convenience. A application form was applied to evaluated sociodemographic charac- teristics and level of correspondence (α-Cronbach of 0.926). Systematization of information and analysis of measures of central tendency and frequencies by SPSS® statistical software with license of use. Results: A mean of 23.24 ± .960 years of age, 72% (n=36) of female sex, 94% (n = 47) were born in the state of Tabasco. Sixty percent (n=30) reported being fully satisfied with the pro- fessional profile of the nursing career, 62% (n=31) with the knowledge and skills in their professional training, 60% (n=30) in the (n=37) with the level of requirement or requirement, and 68% (n=34) with problem solving. Conclusions: The evaluation of the level of correspondence between professional training and performance was found to be satisfactory, however, new studies have to be carried out to support this assertion.REFERENCES
