Unitary prosthetic rehabilitation on integrated bone-implants

ABSTRACT
Introduction: integrated bone-implants constitute a system that is installed in the remnant bone, this system reproduces the function of one or more lost tooth roots, on which prosthetic restorations of totally or partially edentulous patients are constructed. Case report: the case of a 44-year-old partially edentulous male patient assisted by the multidisciplinary team of the implantology clinic at Antonio Briones Montoto Dentistry Clinic in Pinar del Río. Conclusions: masticatory, aesthetic and phonetic functions were restored and comfort was given to the patient without any displacement of the crown. It was a clinically satisfactory and effective treatment in long term.
