ABSTRACT
In the evaluation of spine inflammatory processes the path to follow starts with clinical information supported on the selection of diagnostic imaging methods, on good quality of diagnostic images and personal experience of the examiner who joins all these pieces together. The study of inflammatory pathology includes anatomical parameters, clinical considerations and diagnostic feasibilities. Anatomical parameters should consider study of the anatomical elements conforming the spine and paravertebral tissues. In clinical considerations are analyzed its several forms of manifestations and diagnostic feasibilities include different groups of pathology affecting the spine.
