ABSTRACT
A 21-year-old male patient, who comes to the emergency service due to syncope, with a similar history 9 months ago. Complementary studies like: stress test, echocardiogram and electrocardiogram were normal. In serial ECGs we detected the variability of the Brugada syndrome’s typical pattern (pattern type 1 or coved), electrical stimulation was performed, resulting positive and an automatic defibrillator (ICD) was placed, this case shows the importance of serial ECGs when suspect this syndrome.
