ABSTRACT
The management of the airway requires adequate training, information to carry out this procedure in microgravity environments add a new problem to the existing ones in the advance airway management. The main problem in microgravity environments is the positioning of the patient for proper alignment and airway approach because without the help of Earth’s gravity the body of patient and the staff who perform the procedure is unsupported. The purpose of this paper is to document the evidence on the management of the airway in microgravity environments.
