ABSTRACT
Recent findings in neurophysiological studies, includ-ing SPECT, and Event-Related Potentials; as neuro-imaging like PET and IRM; as neurochemical profiles and neuropsychological studies, made in the last decade, show the evidence of a lack of participation of prefrontal lobe linked with violent, criminal and psychopathic behavior, related with the loss of impulse control in these subjects. There are considerations about specific chemical profiles related with hormones, neurotransmitters and heavy metals in blood, and Antecedents of Hiperkinesis (ADD) with conduct disorder are consistent in children with antisocial behavior and psychopaths, and the roll of social environment in conjunction with brain alterations.
