Localized Wegener’s Granulomatosis

Wegener’s granulomatosis is characterized by necrotizing granulomas with vasculitis in the upper and lower respiratory tracts and kidneys. It is described a case limited to skin and palate in a 22 year-old female, with a course of two years. The diagnosis was essentially clinical, supported by histopathologic findings of granulomatous inflamation without bacteria and fungi besides therapeutic response to pulses with dexamethasone and cyclophosphamide.
