Dermatosis IgA lineal asociada a vancomicina

RESUMEN
La dermatosis IgA lineal es una enfermedad ampollosa autoinmune adquirida, poco frecuente, que se caracteriza por la presencia de ampollas subepidérmicas y depósitos lineales de IgA en la unión dermoepidérmica. De causa desconocida, se ha relacionado a veces con medicamentos, sobre todo antiinflamatorios no esteroideos y antibióticos, principalmente vancomicina. Presentamos un nuevo caso asociado a vancomicina, con rápida mejoría al retirar la medicación.
